Time for your Camping list - Lets start here
Visit the backcountry for Wildlife Viewing
Adventures with various colors

With fall finally here we are all finding that the turning of the leaves are a welcome site.

Now would be a great time to think about taking a drive in the mountains, or at least into the country. But, with the terrible price of gas we can still enjoy the outdoors without driving there.

Go for a walk , or ride a bike into the country, or at least around the neighborhood. There are trees everywhere and the changing  colors of the leaves. They  don't have to be aspen trees. Many trees are very colorful in the fall, along with the colors are the various smells of the various leaves. The cool temperatures really give us the feeling of the changing seasons.

Pingree Park

Pingree Park is a favorite for many ,  where you can  find what ever your looking for.  From mountain streams for your fishing delight,  to wildlife for the photographer in you.  Jacks Gulch is the campground to camp in the Pingree Park area.  From there you will find plenty of adventure.  You migh like to just take a drive in the area or take some of the off road trails with your w-wheeler, take horses to explore the areas, or just hike to get back to nature.  There are also many back country camp sites to enjoy the outdoors from.
